Fences are allowed in Ethan’s Green, however, all fences must be only 4′ in height. Solid fences are not allowed, only board on board fences. PVC and Vinyl fences are allowed. For more specific designs, please refer to the pdf versions of what is allowed from our bylaws. All Fences need to be reviewed and approved by the architectural review board.
