Above ground pools of any kind are not permitted in Ethan’s green. In ground pools are permissible, but only if your entire yard is fenced in. For fence information, please click on the link off the home page under “fence information“.
Please be sure to get proper permits from both the city of Twinsburg as well as submit your plans to the Ethans Green Architectural Review Board. See the section titled “permits” for more information.
